We deploy CouchDB in Docker, configure it through the web UI, install the LiveSync community plugin, and walk through both the initial vault setup and adding a second device (in this case, a phone). The whole process is based on the excellent guide over at saltyoldgeek.com, which is linked below. This is a great option if you're already self-hosting and want full control over where your notes live. 📖 SaltyOldGeek tutorial (referenced throughout): https://www.saltyoldgeek.com/posts/obsidian-livesync/ ➡️ Obsidian LiveSync Github: https://github.com/vrtmrz/obsidian-livesync /=========================================/ 🔔 Subscribe for more self-hosting and homelab content 👍 If this helped, drop a like — it really does make a difference 💬 Questions or issues?
